Philosophy

After the studies at the Fine Arts Academy where she graduated in sculpture, her first passion, Michela Curetti decides to approach herself in interior decorating and, in 1992, she founded MICHELACURETTI INTERIORDESIGN.
She learnt through direct experience, working very closely to experts in the interior field, in emporiums and studios manipulating with wisdom different patterns and traditions.

She stands out for her skills to be transversal among styles combining contemporary, classic and vintage elements respecting the nature of every place and the customer’s taste. She keeps in mind a massive archive of artwork, with a refined and linear style.
Vermeer, Caravaggio, Delacroix …so many artists and periods come to life in her works, expecially through the lesson of color and light, that she use as a means of emotional expression.

Concretely she projects and works on space in all its dimensions with a particular emphasis in the research of details, colors, lights, textiles, objects and furniture that makes it unique and suggestive.
Michela’s peculiarity lies in her autonomy and indipendence from others “schools of thought”, styles and trends, that keep pristine her creativity and her artistic language.
